Beachside Indulgence includes 7 days concierge service to book activities, restaurants, and transportation; have flowers and 3 area postcards at the home upon arrival and a choice of one of our grocery packages.
Sandals and Sunsets includes 5 days concierge service to book activities, restaurants and transportation; have flowers at the home upon arrival and a choice of one of our grocery packages.
Greetings from Paradise includes 3 days concierge service to book activities, restaurants and transportation; and a choice of one of our grocery packages.
Just the Icing includes purchasing your groceries and having it stocked in your home upon arrival.
Here is what you'll receive as our guest:
- Personal Trip Consultation with a 30A Genie representative by e-mail and/or telephone.
- A customized itinerary with recommended lodging, dining, transportation and daily activities matched to your interests, preference and budget.
- A NW Florida Handbook that summarizes your featured activities with addresses and local maps; includes general weather conditions.
- Groceries stocked in your home upon arrival if requested.
- The personal cell phone number of one of our guest service representatives so that you can call us if you should require emergency assistance or advice during your stay.
Homeowner Packages:
Welcome Back to the Beach includes preparing your beach home for check-ins or your arrival, performing services listed in "The Tune-up" section, and having the "Basic Stock Items" in the home before each arrival. The price of this package can change based on occupancy. Please contact a representative for more information.
Here is what you'll receive as a homeowner:
Basic Stock items in your home (completely negotiable and billable to the homeowner):
- Condiments (ketchup, mayo, mustard, hot sauce)
- Frozen pizza
- 4 waters for each arrival
- Sugar, Salt and Pepper
- 1 Starbucks Coffee
- Tin foil, small and large Ziploc bags
- Detergent, dryer sheets
- Trash bags
- Toilet paper (1 large pack)
- Paper towels (1 large pack)
- Kleenex
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
The Tune-up:
- Check Air Filters (once per month)
- Check light bulbs (before arrival)
- Make sure your home is clean and in working order.
- Available to meet repair personnel.
